This certificate warrants that the paint work associated with the job number specified above is free from material defects as long asthe vehicleis owned by the original certificate holder. The terms of the baslac warranty are shown below:

这张保证书只保车辆原持证人所有，不能转让。保证期间内不会有材料缺陷。(统称为“产品保修”).

baslac产品保修条款如下所示:

All the warranty submission need to have baslac authorized distributor invoice number with products in use on this vehicle.
所有的保修申请都需要有baslac授权经销商的发票号码，并附有该车辆使用的产品。
The baslac warranty takes effect from the date of the completion of the job referred to above. The warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable. It is valid for as long as the car is owned by the original certificate holder.
baslac的保修自上述工作完成日期起生效，该保修保证书不可转让他人拥有。
To maintain the warranty, the certificate holder agrees to submit the refinished areas to the body shop that issued the warranty certificate for an annual inspection from the date the certificate was issued.
为了维持保修有效，证书持有人同意从证书发行日期起，每年向颁发保修证书的车身修理店提交重新喷漆区域进行检查。
The warranty only applies to the exterior refinish or overall repaint areas for the following defects if they are prominent and extensive:

Crazing (cracks of various lengths, widths, and depths).
裂纹（长度、宽度和深度各异的裂纹)
Severe loss of gloss by hazing, chalking, or fading.

Peeling of the topcoat or any of the layers of film included in the refinishing process (collectively, the “Product Warranty”).
清漆涂层或在翻新过程中包含的任何膜层剥落。

Exclusions 保修排除

Paint system failures due to pre-existing body corrosion. 由于车身腐蚀导致漆系统故障。
Scratches, abrasions or stone chips caused by normal vehicle use. 正常车辆使用而造成的划痕、磨损或碎石片损伤。
Defects resulting from the application or removal of stickers. 由于贴纸的施加或移除而导致的缺陷。
Deterioration of the finish caused by the use of detergents or waxes not intended for automotive use, acid rain, and industrial fallout, or other environmental effect. 使用非汽车用途的清洁剂或蜡、酸雨、工业沉降或其他环境影响导致的表面恶化。
Damage caused by another collision. 另一次碰撞造成的损坏。
Defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance and damage due to defects as listed above which were not reported and repaired in time. 由不当或不足的维护导致的缺陷以及由上述列出但未及时报告和修复的缺陷所致的损坏。
Failures of systems or components containing non-baslac approved products. 故障由于, 不含baslac批准产品或系统的故障。
Failure of finishes/systems which have been applied above or below baslac’s recommended film builds. 超低于Baslac建议的膜厚度施用的涂装或系统的故障。
Failure of Products which have not been applied to commercial passenger vehicle. 非车漆涂料用于车身漆的故障产品。

In the event of the appearance of any defects covered by the baslac warranty, the certificate holder must take the vehicle to the same of baslac recommend bodyshop which carried out the work for an inspection of the defect. A second inspection will be carried the validity of the claim, the defect will be repaired free of charge to the customer upon presentation of this certificate.

如果发现任何由baslac保修范围内的缺陷引起的问题，证书持有人必须将车辆送到同一家Baslac推荐的喷漆修理厂进行缺陷检查。第二次检查将确定索赔的有效性，如确实为缺陷，则客户可凭此证书免费修复缺陷。

Claim Reimbursement 索赔报销

When the Body Shop brings a claim under this Warranty Agreement,
当喷漆修理厂根据本保修协议提出索赔时:

Body Shop shall notify baslac promptly in writing, within the Warranty Period, upon Body Shop’s discovery of such failure.
喷漆厂应在保修期内及时以书面形式通知baslac，一旦发现此类故障。
An inspection must be carried out by an baslac authorized representative to determine whether the failure is covered by the Product Warranty. If baslac determines in its sole discretion that the claim is covered under the Product Warranty, the Body Shop shall schedule and perform the necessary repairs.
必须由Baslac授权技术代表进行检查，以确定故障是否在产品保修范围内。如baslac决定索赔产品保修范围，喷漆修理厂将安排并进行必要的修复工作。
If baslac determines at the time of inspection in its sole discretion that the claim is not covered under the Product Warranty, or if Body Shop fails to provide notice within the Warranty Period, then baslac shall not be responsible or liable for the costs associated with the vehicle repair and the paint failure shall be the sole responsibility of Body Shop.
如果baslac授权技术代表在检查时判断索赔不在产品保修范围内，或者喷漆修理厂未能在保修期内提供通知，那么baslac将不负责或承担与车辆修理相关的费用，涂层故障应由喷漆修理厂独自承担责任。
The Body Shop must retain, and provide to baslac, the Warranty Records.
喷漆修理厂必须保存并提供给baslac授权技术代表保修记录。
